M.A.I.S.I. Scuba Return/Refund Policy

Effective date 1/1/2025

No refunds or store credit will be issued for returns made after 30 calendar days from purchase date on by your receipt. Special order items are not eligible for a refund.

 

For merchandise that is returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging, a full refund will be allowed up to 10 days after purchase when accompanied by your receipt.

 

For merchandise that has been used, damaged or missing original packaging, store credit (minus a 10% re-stocking fee) will be allowed between 11 to 30 calendar days from purchase date when accompanied by your receipt.

 

The funds may take from 5 – 7 business days to process if a credit card was used.

 

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

The manufacturer’s warranty covers replacement of items only and does not provide for refunds.

 

Dive charter fees are not refundable unless cancelled by the charter operator.

 

Training Refund Policy:  Once you have signed up for a course, we’re reserving a spot in that course for you and excluding others from joining the course. Because we have limited space in each course, the following applies to all courses:

 

The cost of the eLearning package is not refundable.  Up to 50% of the course fee is refundable within the first 4 weeks from signup.  After sign-up, you have up to 180 days to complete the course before the registration expires.  There are no refunds after 4 weeks from sign-up.  If a student becomes unable to attend a course they signed up for 15 days or more before the course start date, we can offer a one-time complimentary reschedule of the course.  A course may only be rescheduled once.  Private makeup sessions are available at an additional cost for those who need to complete a missed session. If a class is cancelled by M.A.I.S.I., LLC all efforts will be made to ensure the students are placed in a similar class at no additional cost.

 

Rental gear with less than 48 hours’ notice you will be liable for the full cost of the rental. If instead of canceling the gear you wish to move the rental to another date this can be done up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. You will only be able to move the gear once before forfeiting the rental.

Return Shipping - The consumer will be responsible for any shipping costs for returns.  Before shipping any item back please contact M.A.I.S.I., LLC for return authorization.

Shipping Errors - If the return is a result of our mistake please make sure that you indicate that.  Any returns or exchanges that are due to our error (if we send the wrong size/color or if the gear arrives damaged we will remedy that.  Once you have contacted us we’ll issue a shipping label and email it to you.  Please note that we require a picture of the gear before we can send a shipping label for the return.
