I began swimming at a very early age.  I was that kid that everyone called a fish when it came to the water. I have been active in Scouting since I was a kid and have earned the BSA Lifeguard as well as the rank of Eagle Scout.  I first tried scuba in 1991, but it wasn’t until my honeymoon in Aruba in 2000 that I began diving.  I would take a resort course every year that we went back to be able to dive.  It wasn’t until 2010 that I finally got certified as an open water diver with PADI, and transitioned to NAUI at the Rescue Diver level.   

 

I am a certified NAUI/DAN safety Instructor.
